- Ingredients:
- 50 grams candied seaweed
- 75 grams candied fro green, sliced
- 250 ml coconut milk from 1 coconut
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 50 grams of nata de coco (coconut juice)
- 50 grams sago ready-made pomegranate seeds
- Shaved ice to taste
- Cocopandan red syrup
HOW TO MAKE:
1. Cook coconut milk, salt and pandan leaves in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir so it does not break, cook until boiling. Lift.
2. Prepare a serving bowl. Enter the pomegranate seeds, nata de coco, candied seaweed and fro. Pour the coconut milk and shaved ice give. I stole cocopandan syrup and serve immediately.
