Chicken is suitable eaten at any time, the question is how do we present the chicken with a variety of recipes. we cook with different patterns, so that our taste is still there and not boring, ^ _ ^.

    Ingredients:
  • Cooking oil,
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 250 gr chicken fillet, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, mashed
  • 150 gr flour
  • 25 ml of liquid milk

  • Sauce Ingredients:
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 50 ml of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp minced peterselly

HOW TO:
1. Marinate chicken with garlic, salt and pepper, stir well and let stand for 15 minutes until the flavors to infuse.

2. Whisk egg and milk then dip chicken into egg, coat the chicken with flour, do the same thing to two times.

3. Heat the cooking oil, fry chicken until cooked and golden brown, remove and drain.

4. Combine mayonnaise, sugar, pepper, lemon juice and stir well.

5. Serve fried chicken with mayonnaise and a sprinkling of chopped petterselly.
