Appetizer Milk Cake

    Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2-1/4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1-1/4 cups 2% milk
  • 10 tablespoons butter.

HOW TO MAKE:
In a large bowl, egg mixer at high speed for 5 minutes or until thick and creamy. Gradually add sugar, beating until mixture is light and fluffy. Add the vanilla. Combine flour and baking powder; gradually. mixer on low speed until smooth.
In a saucepan, heat milk and butter until well blended. Gradually add to batter; mixer until blended.
Pour into pan. Bake at 350 ° C for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake clean. Refrigerate, ready to be served.
