It's tricky to make, hmm ... let's make a thin and crispy tempeh, when eaten in hot conditions / mean, when it's cooked. especially when eating, while watching TV at home with our families.
- Ingredients:
- 450 grams of tempeh , sliced thin wide
- 300 grams of cake flour
- 80 grams of rice flour
- 350 ml of water
- 2 leeks , finely sliced
- Oil for frying
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1,5 cm kencur
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic , crushed
- 5 pieces of red chili , crushed (optional )
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Spices :
HOW TO MAKE:
1 . Thinly slice green onions, put in a container to be mixed with other spices . Add finely chopped kencur .
2 . Add coriander powder , vegetarian broth powder , all-purpose flour , rice flour , water , and stir until evenly and fairly viscosity .
3 . Cut tempeh . Set aside . Heat a pan with a fire that is not too big . Enter the tempeh into flour dough that has been made . Fried tempeh until exhausted . Serve with soy sauce .
How to make soy sauce :
Puree garlic and cayenne pepper . Combine soy sauce .
