Fresh Pasta Salad With Cucumber and Tofu

Ingredients:

120 grams of pasta ready-made
1 packet of tofu cut into cubes (rather large so as not to rupture)
1 tbsp and 4 tablespoons soy sauce
2.5 tbsp grated ginger
2, 5 tablespoons oil for cooking
1.5 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sesame oil
3/4 tablespoon grated lemon peel
1/4 teaspoon salt
Chili powder to taste
1 medium cucumber, peeled, halved, seeded and cut into 1/4 inch thickness
3 leeks thinly sliced
3 tbsp parsley

How to Make

1 Cook the pasta in salt water until cooked. Approximately 15 minutes. Drain and flush with clean water ripe. Drain again.

2 In another container, put 1 tablespoon of soy sauce with 1/2 tbsp grated ginger. Enter the tofu in it.

3 In a stainless steel container, add the remaining ginger, soy sauce, 1.5 tablespoons oil, lemon juice, sesame oil, grated lemon, salt and chili powder.

4 In a non-stick skillet, heat the remaining oil over medium heat. Enter the tofu and cook until slightly browned. Stir gently so as not to rupture.

5. Combine pasta in a stainless steel container that contains a mixture of spices. Add green onion, cucumber, parsley and stir until blended. Serve on a plate with add tofu cooked.
