Chicken of the Korean state has a distinctive taste, especially the chicken wings were tasty and spicy seasoning.  imagine you enjoy it while warm .. hemmm .. its nice.

    Ingredients:
  • 8 Pieces of chicken wings
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • 80 Grams of potato starch
  • cooking oil

  • Spice:
  • 1.5 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 0.5 Tbsp sugar
  • 0.5 Tablespoons shoyu
  • 0.5 Tbsp Korean pear, grated
  • 2.5 Cloves of garlic, grated
  • 0.5 Tsp sesame oil
  • 0.5 Cm grated ginger
  • gochugaru
  • 0.5 Lime juice
  • 0.5 Tsp sesame seeds

HOW TO MAKE:
equally large pieces of chicken wings
sprinkle salt on it until smooth
store in a covered container, let stand overnight.

Seasoning:
mix all ingredients in a frying pan
cook until slightly thickened
remove and let cool
up the chicken
coat chicken wings with potato starch
fried chicken to dry
heat while the chicken with the seasoning mix evenly
sprinkle with sesame
