Main Course | Crab Fried Oyster Sauce

    List of Ingredients:
  • - Salt and pepper to taste
  • - 10 cloves of garlic, mashed
  • - 800 gr soft-shelled crabs
  • - 1200 ml Cooking oil



  • List of Ingredients Sauce:
  • - 2 tsp black peppercorns, crushed coarse
  • - Salt to taste
  • - 200 ml of water
  • - 4 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • - 2 cloves onions, thinly sliced
  • - 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • - 10 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • - 4 tbsp tomato sauce
  • - 2 tsp sugar

HOW TO MAKE:
1. Wash-shelled crabs, boiled crab to change color. Remove and drain.
2. Heat oil, fry the crab until dry, remove from heat and drain.
3. Sauce: Heat 4 tablespoons of cooking oil, saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Enter the oyster sauce, tomato sauce, water, sugar, salt and black pepper, cook until boiling and thickened.
4. Place the fried soft-shelled crab in a serving dish, pour the sauce.
