Chilli Fried Milkfish

Chili and Milkfish are rare mix we hear, but we will try to be delicious eaten

List of Ingredients:
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 eggs, beaten off
- 2 fish tail, clean and take prickly
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Cooking oil,


for frying Sauce Ingredients:
- 5 pieces of curly red chilies
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Cilantro for sprinkling finely Seasoning:
- 5 pieces of red chili
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 orange juice, take the water

HOW TO MAKE:
1 Cut the fish into three pieces, coat with salt and garlic, let stand for 15 minutes.

2 Dip the fish into the beaten egg, then fried in hot cooking oil until cooked and dry. Remove and drain.

3 Sauce: Heat 2 tablespoons cooking oil, saute ground spices until fragrant.

4 Enter the lime juice and stir well. Enter the fish, mix well, remove from heat.

5. Serve milk with a sprinkling of cilantro.
