Dessert: Oriental Mango Pudding

hai hai wo ai ni ^ _ ^ .. to the menu this time let's make pudding .. hmm delicious when eaten with the family. but remember I will keep the portion is rather large, because I want to share the pleasure together.

    Ingredients:
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 50 gr grated coconut that has been roasted
  • 200 ml mango juice
  • 2 packs of mango-flavored jelly pudding
  • 140 gr cornstarch
  • 160 grams of diced mango
  • 80 grams sugar
  • 160 gr pomelo
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 3 cups water
  • 70 gr palm sugar

HOW TO MAKE:
1. Make pudding, then put in a storage container and refrigerate. Once finished, cut to size according to taste, I suggest the good between 5x5 cm or 4x4 cm, choose your suit
2. Feedback sago, coconut milk, water, sugar, and vanilla in a small saucepan and then simmer until the flour dissolves for approximately 9 minutes.
3. Heat the wok then input grated coconut. Cook and stir until lightly browned. Turn off the heat and let the fully ripe coconuts with residual heat from the pan.
4. Heat mango juice to a boil and then enter the sugar, stirring until the sugar melts and turn off the heat. Enter the mango pieces.
5. Serve with chunks of pudding in a bowl and then, flush with mango juice, sprinkle a little pomelo. Sago Serve in a glass of water and then sprinkle with pomelo and coconut for garnish.
