    Ingredients:
  • salt to taste
  • 500 grams of pomegranate seeds ready-made
  • 1000 ml thin coconut milk
  • 300 ml of water
  • 500 grams of sugar
  • 30 ripe jackfruit seeds, diced
  • Ice cubes to taste
  • 500 ml thick coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons flour hunkue


HOW TO MAKE:
1. Mix together coconut milk, salt, and flour hunkue and cook while stirring until cooked. Remove and allow to cool. After that chopped 2 cm cubes.
2. Boil the thin coconut milk, water, sugar, and cook until the sugar is dissolved, stirring, stirring constantly. Remove and let cool.
3. In serving glasses, put the pieces hunkue flour, pomegranate seeds, and jackfruit. Pour the coconut milk and stir well.
4. Serve with ice cubes.
